Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?

Most of the time, we ship you slightly more than you ordered, free of charge. On occasion, we ship slightly fewer pieces than you ordered which is allowed in printing industry trade standards. If you plan to send your print order to a mailing list or need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order 5% over the minimum quantity you need.

How do I order multiple pieces?

To keep things simple, please place a separate order for each different printed piece you want produced. For example, if you want 3 different 11x17 brochures, please place 3 orders. Obviously, the price for 3,000 of one brochure is not the same as the price for 1,000 each of 3 different brochures.

Why we have to pay special issue fee?

When there’s special options or when we have to follow the sample color, we have to print this order alone to achieve the special options or to guarantee the color. The cost to print the order alone we called it special issue fee.
If you don’t want to pay this extra fee, then change the special options, we will print it together with other orders, this way is hard to guarantee the color.

What do i need to provide for quote?

In order to quote you the best price quickly, please provide the following:
◎ product design(which can show the shape and artwork of the product.).
◎ size and thickness.
◎ What’s material required: paper, PVC, metal (zinc alloy, copper), acrylic or others.
◎ What color: CMYK Color or PANTONE color.
◎ What’s the quantity .
◎ Any special options?(like barcode, magstrip,number etc.)
◎ Any special packing or other requirements;
◎ Where the products will be shipped to.(shipping details)

What is full color printing?

Full color printing is also referred to as process colors, 4 colors process or CMYK (which is short for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). Full color printing uses these four ink colors, in one pass on the printing press, to reproduce literally millions of different colors and shades.
