PVC card number type and color

◎ Embossed number: There’re two size embossed number, big size and small size. The big size embosed number looks like the credit card embossed number. The embossed number can be stamped with silver/gold/black foil or do it without color foil.

◎ Themal print flat number: Black,white,silver and gold color

◎ Inkjet number: it’s black color

◎ DOD number: it is black color

◎ Laser number: it is close to gold color

PVC card number font and size

◎Embossed number: Only one stock font, not available for other fonts. Small number size is about 13pt in Arial Narrow and big number is about 19pt in Arial Narrow

◎Themal print flat number: We usually do it 10pt and Arial font. Any size and regular fonts are welcome, please provide us the font and size to test it.

◎Inkjet number: We usually do it 8pt. No other fonts available.

◎DOD number: We usually do it 10pt. Any size and regular fonts are welcome, please provide us the font and size to test it.

The distance of the numbers to the card edge

◎ Embossed number: Minimum 5mm to the edge

◎ Thermal print flat number: Minimum 2mm to the edge

◎ Inkjet number: Minimum 2mm to the edge

◎ DOD number: Minimum 2mm to the edge

The direction of the numbers

◎ Embossed number: must be parallelled with long side, not the short side.

◎ Thermal print flat number: must be parallelled with long side, not the short side.

◎ Inkjet number: Can be parallelled with long side and also the short side.

◎ DOD number: Can be parallelled with long side and also the short side.

The looking of different kinds number

◎ Embossed number: it’s embossed, the other side is concave. You should design the other side to avoid the concave.

◎ Thermal print flat number: it’s solid and smooth line, very close to offset or silk-screen printing.

◎ Inkjet number: the line is not solid, it is consist by many dots

◎ DOD number: It’s solid line but not very smooth. It’s little covex, looks like spot UV.

Different cards with different numbers

◎ Embossed number: We can do embossed number on ISO standard size card in glossy/frosted/matte finished or transparent card, and thickness must be 30mil... We can’t do embossed number on nonstandard size card, the sizes that are not 85.5*54*0.76mm.

◎ Thermal print flat number: We can do flat number only on ISO standard size card in glossy finished. We can’t do it either on matte/frosted card, nonstandard size card or transparent card even in glossy finished.

◎ Inkjet number: It can be done on any kinds of cards.

◎ DOD number: It can be done on any kinds of cards.

◎ Embossed number

-If it’s serial number or with one/two fixed letters, only one line, then it’s free.

For example: Number start from 888 0001 to 888 1000

Number start from NO. 888 0001 to NO. 888 1000

Number start from A 888 0001 to A 888 1000

-If it’s serial number but with many letters, there’s extra charge.

For example: Number start from PRINT0001 to PRINT1000

            Number start from HBL0001 to HBL1000

-If there’re two lines embossed, even it is serial, there’s extra charge.
